Property Investment

It's a very good question. Property is probably the fastest, safest and simplest way to grow wealth.  If you look at the wealthier people on the planet they have either made their money through property or choose to invest their money in property; success leave clues.

Mistakenly most people think they should buy property for capital appreciation, which is nice of course, but it should not be the primary reason.  First and foremost you should buy property to generate cash-flow by leveraging cheap debt and understand the concepts of depreciating liabilities and compounding.  Historically property has always increased in value so, whilst there may well be blips along the way, the long-term outlook is good.

Property cannot be lost or stolen, nor can it be carried away.. it's an imperishable asset, ever increasing in value, and as Mark Twain famously said "Buy land, they aren't making it anymore."
